Nomenclature. Machine terminology. So that we are referring to the same things, the following photos define terminology. When communicating with Novaseal, please refer to terminology.

FRONT VIEW. In this view it is easy to see the Control Box, Switch Box, Table, Top & Bottom Sealing Bars, although the sample material shown in the photo mostly covers the bottom Sealing Bar.

REAR VIEW. 1. Machine Air Connection Valve. 2. Shows Quick Disconnect for Air Compressor. This fitting is not provided with the machine and needs to be supplied by the customer. 3. F-R-L Regulator Knob. Gently pull switch to up position to adjust machine air pressure. Push cap down to lock. 4. Impulse Wire Selector Switch. Used to select dual top and bottom sealing or top only bar sealing.

SIDE VIEW. This view clearly shows the Teflon Coated Fiberglas and Duct Tape used to hold down the Teflon Coated Fiberglas (TCF).

PRESS ACTIVATION MICROSWITCH. The switch is located on the right Press Guide Rod Plate and activates the Timer cycle. If this switch became loose during transit, then it will need to be re-calibrated. When the press is the down position, ie. Top Sealing Bar is down, then the lowest nut on this stud needs to gently depress the microswitch.
