To Power On the Table-Top Heat Sealer, move the Power switch from the down (OFF) position to up (ON) position.  Power indicating lamp (2) will illuminate.

In preparation of sealing material, the next step is to turn the Heat On switch (1) to the right (ON) position.  Note that this switch in the ON position will not illuminate the Heat On indicating lamp (2).  This lamp only becomes illuminated when the sealing timers are activated.
