Main Menu.  This screen allows you to access Materials index, Plunger controls, and Setup.  In this example, you can confirm that Heat Switch is in the “Heat ON” position, and that One Operator has been selected to operate this machine.  That means that the On/Off switches on the right side of the machine have been deactivated and only one operator is controlling this machine.  Considering the size of this machine, we suggest that Two Operators control this machine. 

To change from ONE Operator to TWO Operators, you need to move the rotary switch from OP-1 to OP-2.  You are able to monitor results of this selection on the HMI, but you can not change number of Operators from any HMI screens. 

Additionally, from this screen you can see the sealing times or parameters for the selected material.  In other words, when the sealing cycle is started (2 Green buttons), this example shows PLS 1=2 seconds; PLS WDTH 1=3 seconds; PLS 2=3 seconds; and LST PH COOL=4 seconds.  Note, all times are in tenths, 40 is 40 tenths or 40/10 or 4 seconds.
