Making a Seal

To make a seal, follow these steps:

1. Power Switch ON.  Indicator lamp will illuminate.
2. Assure compressed air is on.  Upper bar is in up position.
3. Heat On Switch is ON.
4. Mode Selector Switch is set to P for Pulsing
5. All 4 Timers are set to desired time cycle.
6. Locate the materials to seal between the upper and lower sealing bars. 
7. Remove hands and other objects from sealing area.
8. Start the Press by pressing the two Green Start buttons on either side of the SwitchBox.
9. Press will lower the upper sealing bar, and timers will automatically begin/end respective cycles.
10. If ever you need to stop the sealing process for whatever reason, simply press the RED STOP button on the front of the SwitchBox.  
11. When COOL2 timer ends, the Press will retract the upper sealing bar to the up (OPEN) position.
12. Remove sealed material.
