Sealed material sticks to the sealing bar.

Slight material sticking is very normal.  However is the sealed material begins to discolor, or seam welded to either sealing bar, then it is time to replace the Teflon Coated Fiberglas (TCF).  Replacement TCF material is provided in two forms.  As a roll for machines with TCF Maintenance Feature; or flat sheet for machines without the TCF Maintenance Feature.  For machines without the TCF Maintenance Feature, remove the Duct Tape securing the TCF material in position, replace material with a cut length to fit, and re-apply Duct Tape to assure TCF is adequately positioned to cover the impulse sealing wire.

No Seal

1. Assure Power is On
2. Assure Pressure is On
3. Assure Heat On Switch is ON

Assuming above settings are on, then No Seal could be due to several conditions.  For example, one or both impulse wires may have broken and needs to be replaced.  To replace impulse wire, turn the Heat On switch OFF; remove TCF material; examine impulse wire for breakage.  If broken, loosen the respective sealing bar impulse wire hold-down nut, and replace impulse wire.  Double-back the wire end to resemble the impulse wire that was removed.
