Turn on the POWER switch located on the front side of the control panel on the Control Box shown in the photo on the right. When the POWER switch is in the right position, the POWER is ON. The RED Indicator Lamp below the POWER switch is illuminated when the POWER switch is ON. This POWER switch provides power to the Control Box and PLC.
Turn on the SEAL switch. Located to the right of the HMI (Human Machine Interface) screen is the SEAL switch. When the SEAL switch is ON, the RED Indicator Lamp above the SEAL switch is illuminated. The Heat Sealer will only seal when the SEAL switch is ON.
5. Locate materials to be heat sealed between UPPER & LOWER SEALING BARS. Use magnets or other means to hold materials in place. 6. Press both green START buttons on the control panel fo the Control Box. The green START buttons activate the UPPER SEALING BAR. Only when the UPPER SEALING BAR is in the closed position (DOWN) will the heat sealing begin. 7. When the sealing cycle is complete, the UPPER SEALING BAR will automatically lift open. If, for whatever reason, you need to stop the sealing cycle, press the STOP PRESS red button. The STOP PRESS will immediately open the UPPER SEALING BAR and cease sealing operation.
