Thank you again for your purchase of our Table-Top Heat Sealing MachTT-BW-Title01ine (TTHSv1).  The following pages describe machine installation and machine operation.  I am sure this information will generate more questions.  So as more information is needed, please correspond via email or call us for additional assistance or to purchase spare/maintenance parts.

We crated your machine and, therefore, can provide you with detailed instructions on how to best uncrate the machine.  To begin with, use a forklift or other means to position crated machine on a table.  Orientation:  For the crate, we are considering the TT-BW-Crate03heavy end (marked on the crate) as the front side of the crate (actually backside of the machine).  Start by removing the screws and nails used to attach the 1” x 6” slats to the top and front side.

TT-BW-Crate02Next, remove the upper crate support as shown with the red arrows in the picture on the left.  This support is held in place with screws.  Then remove the support by lifting it up and out of the crate.

After the upper crate support is removed, the next step is to remove the screws holding the four skid support 2x4s attached to the lower horizontal 2x4 shown in the photo below.  Suggest you move the crate about 2 inches over one side of the table, and using a phillips screwdriver, remove the two screws holding the skid support to the horizontal 2x4.  Next, remove the four screws (2 on the right, 2 on the left) attaching the lower hoTT-BW-Crate01rizontal 2x4 as shown in the photo below.  Note these 4 screws are circled in black on the crate.  After removing the screws, pull this section out.  The machine should slide out of the crate.

Total machine weight is estimated to be 200 lbs.  Suggest one person hold onto the machine and 2 people pull the crate from about the machine.  Make sure the machine doesn’t drop to the table. Locate the machine on a flat clean surface.  Next, make sure the leveling bolts are present and positioned to assure left & right side machine balance.  READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FIRST BEFORE OPERATING THE MACHINE.
