Machine Set-Up

The Table-Top Heat Sealer requires electricity and compressed air to function. 

Electrical Hook-up
The Table-Top Heat Sealer with PowerPak requires 39 amps at 120 VAC to operate efficiently.  To meet this need we recommend your electrician connect power cord to a 50-Amp breaker box.  Make sure the Power switch on the front of the Control Box is in the OFF position when connecting the Table-Top machine to power.  And make sure the Heat On switch is in the OFF or left position.

Air Compressor
Using a standard air compressor capable of delivering up to 80 psi, connect the air hose to the machine.

Note:  Photo on the left shows the connection point; and the photo on the right shows air hose attached.

When compressed air is hooked up to the machine, the upper Sealing Bar will automatically OPEN.
