The TableTop PulseSealer is controlled using a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The PLC is the “brains” of the machine and is located under the REAR TABLE in the CONTROLS SECTION. Communicating with the PLC is accomplished through a Human Machine Interface (HMI). The upgraded HMI purchased with this TableTop Pulse Sealer is of the TouchScreen type. Touching the screen will input commands. The PLC includes user defined parameters (aka recipes) and machine coded parameters and software. Accessing the PLC via the HMI interface TouchScreen keeps you within the terms of Novaseal’s warranty. In other words, the HMI can not be used to access machine coded parameters or the software that runs the machine. The variable/parameters you can modify using the HMI interface TouchScreen include:
Entering/Modifying sealing parameters for various materials.
Entering/Editing materials with user defined parameters.
Rocker Error message advisory.
