Mono Mode with PowerPak

Novaseal’s proprietary pulsing feature is activated when the mode Selector switch is pointing to the letter P for Pulsing Mode.  When the Selector switch is pointing to the letter M for Mono Mode, then the heat sealer will function like other impulse welders without the second set of timers.

In mode mode, the heat sealer will automatically cycle through SEAL1, COOL1 timers.  COOL1 becomes the final cooling cycle and the set time should be increased to assure materials are sealed and do not separate prematurely.  If seals appear to be distorting the material or printed media, then switch Selector mode to P for Pulsing.
