We used a nylon rope to constrain the upper and lower sealing bars.  Locate the nylon rope, and use a diagonal cutter to cut the rope.  Remove cut rope.  There are four places where the rope is used to secure upper and lower sealing bars.

Left and Right Alignment Lasers were removed, packaged and stored in corrugated box included with machine.

Although the box includes the lasers and laser mounting, the wires to the lasers are stored up and inside the upper section of the ShadeSealer such that the left laser is located near the left upper end; and the right laser is located near the right upper end.  Each cordset is labeled with masking tape strip and labeled left and right respectively.

At the end of each cordset is two male connectors.  When you slide the outer black jacket away from the connectors, you will note that each male connector is connected to a colored wire.  Red and black wires are connected to the red and black leads of each laser.  Before connecting laser wires, make sure that the power to the lasers is turned off.  This is accomplished by making sure that the Laser switch on the front of the machine is in the Left or off position.

Remove from upper storage area and connect red and black male connectors to Right laser.
