Shown is Heat Sealing Control section of the ShadeSealer-168 with the Automatic PocketMaker OFF.  Note that the Pocket Maker lamp is not illuminated. 

The HEAT switch is in the ON position.  This means that Heat Sealing is automatic.  By pressing the two START buttons, the Upper Sealing Bar will lower and automatically heat seal the materials.

TABLE switch is in the OFF position.  This means that the Table Stops are recessed in the Down position.  By turning the TABLE switch to the ON or right position, the Table Stops will rise to the Up position.

The STOP button is an E-Stop.  Pressing the STOP button will turn off the machine in two stages.  First, the electronics and heat sealing is stopped, then the pneumatics are stopped.

To turn the Automatic PocketMaker ON, touch the SETUP command on the HMI.  (Reminder, the SETUP command is located on the HMI at the lower left corner ... try it, it is active on this page as well.)
