The box contents include three packages.  EndSealer, Lasers and TCF roll.  Carefully open each of the three packages.

EndSealer consists of EndSealer and Adjustable Heat Controller.

In the package labeled lasers is two lasers and their housing.  One is labeled “L” for left and the other isn’t labeled and is for the right laser.  Really doesn’t matter if they get mixed up.  These lasers replaced the lasers you saw at our shop.  These lasers project the laser light across the length of the machine.  The PowerTech lasers originally installed projected only two to three feet and were replaced with the lasers included in these packages.

Packaged here is approximately 15-feet of Teflon Coated Fibreglas material with an adhesive backing.  Now that the heating elements have expanded to operating length, it may be beneficial to replace the two sections of TCF material attached to the lower sealing bar with the adhesive backed TCF material packaged in the box.  Since shipping the machine, we have spec’d a zoned TCF tape that may work even better.
