Left Front Controls include Rocker Diagnostic Center; Power On; Fuse & E-Stop.
Rocker Diagnostic Center includes 2 Rocker switches and one indicator Lamp. If either Rocker System on either Upper or Lower Sealing Bar is OFF, the Red Indicator Lamp is ON. In the picture, both Bottom and Top Rocker Systems are ON and in operational mode because the Red Indicator Lamp is OFF when Machine Power is ON.
To turn on the machine, press the green POWER button and wait for TouchScreen to turn on (about 2-3 seconds).
Also in this view is the 24 Volt DC Power Supply Fuse. This fuse protects the PLC and HMI. Fuse is an ABC3 type fuse.
