Novaseal’s ShadeSealer-168 Pulse Sealer shown elevated in our parking lot and in the process of being loaded onto customer’s provided transportation. Loaded at 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 4, 2010.
To load the ShadeSealer into a trailer, as shown, we opted not to use the forklift channels welded to the machine. Instead we used one forklift on one end and truck’s lift gate on the other end. Together they were lifted to desired height.
Then using the forklift we pushed the ShadeSealer into the trailer.
... continued to push ShadeSealer into the trailer.
Driver desired that we push the ShadeSealer to the front of his trailer. Although we requested that Livingston provide straps. The driver advised that straps were not provided.
We had hoped that in the absence of straps, that the driver would locate the palleted load shown on the left in front (left side) of ShadeSealer. Driver opted to replace palleted load with one of the several empty pallets on his truck. Our concern was that the front of the machine could get scratched. Driver didn’t seem concerned. Driver also locked the casters, and located a longer pallet to the right side of the ShadeSealer and between the ShadeSealer and the trailer door.

At about 3:00 PM, the truck driver left our parking lot. Pro number is YRC (Yellow Freight) 250-831018-X. The driver advised that the ShadeSealer will be moved to another truck for its journey to Quebec.
