Novaseal’s TableTop PulseSealer-126 was mounted to a custom sized wooden pallet. Pallet measures 12-foot x 3-foot x approximately 38 inch height. TableTop PulseSealer was mechanically attached to the pallet by means of a cross bar of lumber affixed in the length direction. Removing several screws will free up this cross bar. Strapping will also need to be removed.
Rocker Sections were protected by means of a wooden box around this critical section as shown in the photo to the left. Control Section padded and shrink wrapped.
When all packing materials are removed, note that the Pusher Bar is held in place underneath the cross bar. Pusher Bar is used with the Manual PocketFormer.
After all packing materials are removed, locate the TableTop PulseSealer on top of a table or desk suitable of holding approximately 1,700 pounds. Table must not be prone to wobble. It must be strong and stable.
